Terms of Service
By using the AppMins website, desktop client, or Cross-Border Network, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not register for, download, or use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms.
The service
AppMins provides a desktop client and Cross-Border Network (SD-WAN) capabilities, including bridge lines, shared or dedicated modes, TUN system proxy, and plan management. Features follow what the client and website show at the time, and we may improve or change them.
Accounts
Provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Attack, disrupt, or abuse networks, systems, or other users
- Bypass billing or security controls, or access resources without authorization
- Use the service for malware, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights
Plans and fees
Bridge lines may be offered as duration or traffic plans. Prices, quotas, and validity follow the client or purchase UI. When a plan expires or runs out, connectivity may be limited; in some cases the client isolates outbound access to reduce real-IP exposure.
Availability
We aim for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for every purpose. Maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or third-party issues may cause temporary unavailability.
Intellectual property
The website, client, trademarks, copy, and related software belong to AppMins or its licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use them beyond these terms.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We do not promise outcomes that depend on network conditions, third-party platform rules, your configuration, or unlawful use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the disputed service in the prior 12 months (or zero for free features).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and publish them on this page. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
